Description

Richard & Co. Paris circa 1885. A quality French petite sonnerie quarter striking brass cased carriage clock. An enamel dial with 5 minute outer markers and blued steel hands. A subsidiary alarm dial. An 8-day duration mechanism with the original escapement. Quarter striking on two gongs with strike/quarters lever to the base panel. Push button repeating. Stamped with Richard & Co. mark to the backplate.
