Description

A Victorian mahogany writing slope with brass handles and ivory escutcheon. The interior fitted with 2 inkwells

( 1 retaining its original top, the other missing ) an ebonised pen rest and brass rod which locks the side drawer . The writing slopes have replaced hand dyed green leather with gold tooling. Both flaps lift to reveal storage for letters , stationery etc. With key .
