Description

A superior quality Victorian mahogany collector's chest with 1 double and 4 single drawers , all graduated with applied mouldings and turned knobs + brass locks + escutcheons +key . Removing the large drawer reveals a secret compartment with paper lining. When drawer is locked compartment is secure. Made from good quality mahogany (inc. linings )with moulded edge top and plinth. On original heavy duty steel castors. This piece would grace any room , a bedroom , a hall or lounge as lamp chest . Size :- Height 34.1/2" 88cm. Width 24.1/4'' 61.5cm.
