Description

An English lantern clock from the late 17th century. A brass case with cast fretwork. A well engraved brass dial with centre and corner decorations. A brass hand to the alarm disc (alarm work lacking). An anchor escapement from verge running on separate trains on two weights. Hourly bell striking. A later oak wall hanging bracket.
