Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1880s.
The teapot is topped with a carved Ivory finial and the handle has Ivory insulators to keep the handle cool.
All three pieces are marked on the underside R.H. over R.H. for the London silversmith's, Richard Hodd, this mark used between 1872-1896. Lovely condition, the teapot measuring 8 7/8" spout to handle x 5 1/2" tall; the sugar measuring 7" handle to handle x 4 1/2" tall; the cream measuring 4 1/2" spout to handle x 3 1/2" tall.
