FOLLOWER OF ENOCH SEEMAN (c.1694-1745)

PORTRAITS OF EDMUND HALLIDAY (1716-1743); and of his wife MARY HALLIDAY (nee JONES) (1713-1782)

A pair of superb quality unrestored oil paintings each quarter length.

He wearing a buff coat with blue and gold waistcoat,

She wearing a blue dress, each within a painted oval, oil on canvas

Great colours and superb subjects, simply Lovely.

The Original scumbled oak frames do need touching up? This can be done in my workshops and to our very high standards?

As with the paintings they can be restored professionally by my restorer again done to our very high standards?

Each 74.5 x 61.5cm.
