Outstanding Omega solid stainless steel gents wristwatch c1960.
The watch is the calibre 286 17 jewels movement, as you can see it is in fabulous like new condition.
The professionally refinished dial and the silver hands and batons with luminous markers are in perfect condition. A new armoured glass has been fitted and the case professionally cleaned and mirror polished so it is absolutely prestine.
As you would expect the watch is fully marked on the dial, movement and case and it has the Omega logo on the original crown.
It comes complete with a new premium quality chestnut brown leather strap and a presentation box to keep your watch in perfect condition. A black leather or extra long strap can be fitted if you prefer.
Omega are one of the most exclusive watchmakers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance that whispers class.
The watch case measures 35mm in diameter not including the crown.
Overall this watch is in outstanding condition, it looks as if it was rarely worn, it would make the perfect gift for any man.
The watch has just been fully overhauled and serviced by the highly respected watch specialist Simon Batchelor MBHI. It has been fully authenticated and found to be a genuine Omega in all respects. This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous
The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under high magnification for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then throughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultasonic cleaning process.
The watch movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. the cases are polished and the watch sealed, in the case of waterproof watches a full waterproof presure test is carried out to manufacturers specification.
Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many many years.
The watch movement comes with a full 1 year warranty and a copy of the test certificate for movement service will be included.
