Description

A very handsome box ready for a multitude of uses, whether you use is as a jewellery box, a table-top display piece or a desk-top tidy.

The box is made from the most exquisite burl Walnut with it's rich toffee colour which only comes from years of age, the bright polished patina showcasing the fabulous and intricate swirled figuring.

The box is brass bound on corners and around the sides, complimenting the inset brass handle to the top.

The interior has been professionally re-lined to create a clean finish ready for use. The box comes complete with a taselled display key, the old lock not working. Excellent condition, this beauty is as useful as decorative. Measuring 12" x 9" x 5 1/4" tall.
