This French Marble Topped Cabinet is a splendid example. It is presented in stunning condition.
The piece exhibits wonderful fine mahogany cross section veneer birch inlay. Gilt metal mounts, chamfered front edges and a super marble top create a very attractive piece.
To the upper a hinged door complete with key and working lock opens to reveal a single shelf. Below this a tooled and embossed leather slide is mounted and fitted with twin pulls.
A pair of doors to the lower cabinet open with the common key.
The whole rides over stepped cabriole legs with gilt metal mounts to the feet.
Overall this piece of furniture is in excellent order and will make a beautiful feature in any room.
