A late 19th C silver plated lamp base, the reeded column above a square and concave sided base, with gadrooned edge, the gadrooning repeated to the drip pan sconce, above the Corinthian capital. The base with hallmarks for Hawksworth, Eyre & Co, the lamp re-wired with braided flex to British specifications, and ready for use.
