A good quality French gilt bronze mantel clock. Porcelain panels to the base and a porcelain dial with flowers and a bird to the centre. A well cast case standing on adjustable feet. An 8-day duration mechanism by Japay freres striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell. Circa 1880.
