A stunning antique English sterling silver napkin ring, beautifully pierced or reticulated with gorgeous decoration, incorporating the Tudor or English Rose and foliate scrolls.

The front has a vacant shield-shaped cartouche, which could be engraved with initials by your local silversmith.

There is a hallmark for the highly sought-after Chester assay office and struck in the year 1898, making this a true Victorian example.

Complete with it's presentation box lined in velvet and cream silk.

Excellent condition, measuring 1 7/8" in diameter x 1 1/4" thick; the box measuring 2 7/8" x 2 7/8" x 2" tall.
