Description

Dating to around 1890, late Victorian in era, this is a charming boxed set of Jam or Preserve spoon with matching butter knife.

Both have a wonderful handle made from bright iridescent Mother of Pearl with a very decorative ferrule; both are beautifully engraved.

Complete with their original presentation box covered in a lilac coloured leather (staining) and the interior lined in velvet and cream silk.

Excellent condition, ready for use, the knife and spoon both measuring 6 1/2" and the box measuring 8" x 3 1/4".
