Magnificent Antique English Four Piece Tea Set by Martin Hall C.1885

Description

A quite fabulous and highly ornate four piece tea set with decorative panels and floral chasing, pumpkin finials and footed base.

The Silver Plated set consists of a teapot, coffee pot, large sugar and creamer, all have a very regal small Armorial Crest engraved.

The underside of each piece is fully marked by the top-notch silversmith, Martin Hall & Co. and dates to the late Victorian era, around 1885.

The best set I have had in a long, long time. Excellent condition, the coffee pot measuring 11 3/4" tall, the tea pot measuring 9" tall.
