Attractive Octagonal Table - With Castors - c1890

This Victorian mahogany table is a lovely size and very versatile.

The table is presented in excellent order throughout.

The table top rides upon a splendid base with under-tier. Four turned columns lead to out-swept legs with carved flower detailing. These are united by both the under-tier and a lower cross stretcher. The under-tier has four delicate risers going up to the main table is a useful place to display pottery or a vase.

The table benefits from original castors.

Overall this piece of furniture is in good antique condition. The table is well constructed and solid. An excellent and interesting piece.
