Impressive Fire Basket & Dogs - Iron - c1900

This Basket & Fire Dogs set will make a fabulous addition to any larger hearth.

Iron support dogs rise with twisted upright leading to Fleur-de-Lys hanging leaf ironwork below a classic crown top. The inner of the crown provides a fine place to seat a candle allowing illumination of the fireside area when a fire is not burning, or to rest a bottle of wine for warming.

The removable grate has a solid base to the centre portion to control the ash and uprights to the front in soldier formation prevent roll-out of materials.

Overall a nicely styled set in excellent order - perfect for all fuels.
