Windsor Chairs - Set of Four - Excellent Quality
The chairs are very robust in construction with superbly figured elm seats each individually marked to the rear and stamped to the underside with the crown.
The stick back rises to an attractive hoop. To the rear the chairs wear a bobbin tail with rising strengtheners which produce a really solid feel to the chairs. Double taper legs with simple turning detail support the chair and are united by a single 'H' stretcher.
The individual chairs are all in very good order, solid and ready for another 130 years of service.
