Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1880s.
The interiors are lavishly gilded as is the bowl of the ladles. These tureens came without these ladles as they always do but my silversmith was able to find me this matching pair of sauce ladles completing the offering and making them a very usable pair of tureens. The handle of each ladle is engraved with a decorative monogram, I think CCS.
The handles on one of the Tureens has a raised design on the interior, I am unsure why but mention and show for accuracy.

Excellent condition, measuring 10" handle to handle x 4 1/4" deep across the top of the lid x 6 1/2" tall to top of lid finial.
