Description

A large and impressive ormolu gilded mantel clock. Excellent quality castings flanked with caryatids. Pierced fretwork and foliate case detailing. A cast dial with individual enamel cartouches. An 8-day duration mechanism striking the 1/2 hours and hours on a bell. Overall in fine condition. Circa 1890.
