Antique English Brass Photograph Frame - Victorian, C.1880

Description

A very imposing sized photograph frame towering 14 1/4" tall x 10" at widest point.

The two highly decorative legs supporting the frame have an attractive embossed floral and foliate detailing, complimenting this same detailing crowning the very top of the frame. The legs almost mimic a Double Clef, making this a good choice for a music devotee.

The frame is supported at the back by it's original folding easel, and the back here is where the photograph can be changed with ease.

The glazed aperture measures 9 1/4" x 6 1/4". Excellent condition, minor wear commensurate with age.
