Well proportioned oak case with caddy top hood.

Turned columns to the hood, capped with gilded wooden capitals.
Fine quality blind fret to the hood with red silk backing.
Long trunk door with shaped door top.
Square brass dial with silvered chapter ring, silvered calendar and subsidiary seconds zone.

Well executed engraving to the dial centre
Finely cast gilded spandrels to the corners.
Fine quality original blued steel hands.
Excellent 8 day movement, countwheel striking the hours on a single bell.
Matching iron weights and brass faced pendulum bob.
