Pair of 19th C Ormolu and Marble Candlesticks

Description

A pair of fabulous 19th C, 2 branch, ormolu candlesticks, the marble column and marble base with boldly beaded edges of ormolu and a foliate plaque to the front of the stem, the 2 branches each with fluted holders and lift out sconces and drip pans with leaf and bead decoration. The arms with acanthus scrolls and rope twists, a central holder with foliate swag and featuring a removeable finial which doubles as a third candle sconce - in great condition and would make a statement on a console or mantle!

H: 10 3/4" to top of finial

W: 8", arm to arm

D: 3 1/4"
