A very good Regency mahogany bracket clock, by Burton of London.

The case of break arch form, with circular painted convex dial, with roman numerals to the circumference, signed Burton, London to the dial centre.
Original cast brass fish scale fretwork to the the sides and cast brass bezel.

The rear having an arched glazed door revealing the elegantly peripherally engraved movement.
The extremely well figured mahogany case with a break arch, brass bound single pad top, with carrying handle.

Fine quality brass inlay to the case front
The clock stands on brass bun feet.
A fine quality well proportioned clock, with wonderfully figured mahogany case and original colour and patina.
