Description

Small Chantehs (Vanity-Bags) are now becoming rare and they are few and far between in Iran. This visual little bag was made by Lori tribes in western Persia around 1900. It is in very good condition with its original back and unusual in its design - reminding me of a gabbeh pattern! The border contains '8-pointed stars' - protective symbols.
