A fine matched pair of 19th-century country watercolours by British artist Robert A. Nottingham, both dated 1879. Each depicts a rural cottage scene with figures in a landscape, carefully composed and confidently executed.

Mounted behind blue mounts and presented in matching whitewashed wooden frames.
