Description

This is a striking and rare antique French Art Deco Gilt and glass bar cart, circa 1920 in date.

The cart features an elegant, elongated hexagonal cabinet body built with a rich walnut framework, inset on all sides with clear glass panels. The top features a prominent bevelled glass tray surface, elegantly secured within a decorative, pierced silver-plated brass gallery.

One of the long side panels is engineered as a hinged, drop-down door fitted with a delicate pull handle, opening to reveal a spacious central cocktail and glassware storage compartment with a cart handle. It is raised on brass wheels at the front with a pair of smaller, full-swivel rear steering wheels.

This is a very entertaining drinks serving trolley which can also be used as a display unit.

The decanters, glasses etc, shown in the photographs are not included but can be purchased if desired.
