Pair 1950’s Atelier Midavaine Simulated Bamboo Etagere Side Tables

A wonderful rare pair of decorative simulated bamboo brass and high quality lacquered etagere side tables by the celebrated French designers Atelier Midavaine in the fifties. They are both in wonderful condition, the two tiers have beautifully patterned hand lacquered table top with gilt highlights. The lovely solid brass legs are in simulated bamboo with pineapple finial tops and finish on lions paw feet. Very high quality, this pair of Atelier Midavaine side tables were supplied to the clients by Edinburgh’s high end interior decorators at the time, A.F.Drysdale Ltd. In very good, solid condition.
