Antique 19th century Victorian set of four dining chairs in oak, an elegant and highly decorative set displaying beautiful period detailing throughout. Very well made and of good quality, these handsome chairs combine traditional Victorian styling with generous upholstered seating, making them both attractive and comfortable.

Each chair features a beautifully carved frame with a high level of attention to detail, complemented by an overstuffed seat and padded back upholstered in an attractive light blue material.

The chairs stand on beautifully turned legs united by supporting stretchers and are fitted with castors, adding both practicality and authentic period character.

The oak displays gorgeous natural grain and a rich, warm colour, contrasting beautifully with the lighter upholstery. Their decorative carving, elegant proportions and quality construction make this a particularly desirable matching set. All four chairs have solid frames with no unwanted movement, making them ready for continued use.
