MebleinUK has dated this Victorian Octagonal Side Table to the 1900s.
The natural figuring and variations in the timber give the top considerable character and depth.

The table is raised on four finely turned supports, continuing down to shaped legs and small castors. Beneath the main top is a particularly attractive lower shelf, surrounded by decorative pierced fretwork panels, adding both visual interest and useful additional storage.

A highly versatile piece that could be used as a side table, occasional table, lamp table, hall table or decorative plant table. Its compact proportions make it particularly suitable for both traditional and more eclectic interiors.

Presented in very good antique condition, solid and displaying beautifully. There are minor marks, variations in colour and signs of previous use consistent with its age, all contributing to the authentic character of the piece.
