Marlborough Antiques & Interiors has dated this Edwardian Mahogany Dressing Mirror to the Edwardian era.
The mirror pivots between the uprights and can be adjusted to the desired angle, secured by decorative brass ring handles to either side. The frame is raised on elegant shaped sledge feet united by a turned stretcher. A particularly pretty and well-proportioned example, with delicate detailing and a warm, rich patina. Its relatively compact proportions make it ideal for a dressing table or chest of drawers.

Condition : In good antique condition with age-related wear consistent with its age and use. The mahogany retains a warm patina with minor marks, light scratches and small knocks. There is some light age-related wear to the mirror plate. The adjustable mirror and brass fittings are present and functioning.
