Description

A large pair of 18th century style still life paintings in the Dutch - Italianate manner. The paintings are superbly painted and depict large urns filled with and abudance of mixed flowers, fruits and butterflys, and country backgrounds with one having a statue set within a niche. Both paintings are big impressive pictures and are set within gilded frames, one picture has some old signs of slight damage and repair (pictured), however this does not deter from the beauty of the paintings, both are in very good condition.
