Salisbury Antiques Centre has dated this Georgian Mahogany Tier Table to the 18th Century.
The lower tier is raised on a turned baluster stem above a shaped tripod base terminating in elegant cabriole legs and pad feet.

Standing 71cm high, this is an especially practical example, making it ideal for use as a side table or lamp table beside a sofa or armchair, whilst the two tiers provide useful additional display or storage space.
A very attractive and versatile piece of late 18th-century Georgian furniture, with pleasing proportions and a lovely mellow mahogany colour.
English, circa 1780.
