Jeff Sims Antiques has dated these Victorian Glass Finger Bowls to the 1860s.
This style of design is often mistakenly confused with later Art Deco glass, but originated in a superb display put together for the Great Exhibition of 1851, the renowned Osler & Co. Other big names followed suit in their production of frosted glass, lasting until around the end of the 19th Century, when it became less popular. A splendid and practical pair of bowls, both decorative and versatile. Dimensions below
