A 18th century fruitwood tavern settle with a wonderful colour and a wealth of character. Having a high back with a solid seat and over hundred years later it has acquired 2 drawers, all with a wonderful rich patina. Originally these settles were residing in public houses, more often than not next to the fire to keep its visitors warm. In really lovely condition, English, Circa 1780.

Dimensions: Height: 147.5 cm - 58 Inches, Width: 139.75 cm - 55 Inches, Depth: 38 cm - 15 Inches.
