A beautiful pair of antique Late Regency dining chairs dating from around 1830–1845, crafted from solid mahogany and showcasing elegant lines typical of the period. The chairs feature a gently curved top rail, finely carved shell and scroll decoration, fluted front legs and graceful sabre back legs.

Inspired by classical Greek and Roman forms, Regency furniture became known for its refined proportions and understated elegance.

These chairs perfectly capture that style, combining decorative carving with practical comfort.

The warm mahogany frames are complemented by upholstered seats in a soft salmon-pink fabric, creating a striking contrast that would suit both traditional and contemporary interiors. Ideal as dining chairs, occasional chairs or statement pieces in a hallway or study.

Both chairs are sturdy and in very good antique condition, with only minor signs of wear consistent with their age.
