Description

A fine vintage engagement ring set with a unique, oval shaped old mine cut diamond in a four-claw yellow gold setting. The diamond - graded by de Beers as I colour, VS2 clarity - is extremely bright and lively - and sits between dramatic spear-shaped shoulders, leading to a slender 18k yellow gold shank.

Accompanied by a De Beers Institute of Diamonds grading report. A unique number has been inscribed on this diamond providing utmost security.

Cut:  Old mine oval cut.

Colour:  I.

Clarity:  VS2.

Carat:  0.64.

Circa:  1930.

Size:  M 1/2 (UK) or 6 1/4 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements:  The diamond is 6.00 x 5.10mm. Sits 5.6mm from the finger.

Weight:  2.42 grams.

Metal:  18k yellow gold. Tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer.
