A 19th Century High Back Carved Oak Settle

The Settle has a superbly carved back panel depicting a hunting scene with horses and hounds, and further carving at the bottom with the face of the Green Man at the centre, the seat opens for storage

The bench is a real country piece with shaped wing sides and arms

This piece is in superb condition, there are some worm holes in the back but these have been treated and it is a good size for a country cottage

The settle is 46” high at the back and 40” wide and it is 16” deep
