Krave Antiques has dated this Georgian Leather Fire Bucket to the Georgian era.

This bucket has a large metal top rim with studs around the top edge, studs down the side seam and also around the bottom edge and most probably have been used in a building used by the Government due to the coat of arms.

Materials: Leather. Copper.
Date: c1800.
Dimensions: Diameter at top: 28 cm (11"). Height to top of bucket: 29 cm (11 1/2"). Plus handle.
Weight: 2.860 kg.
Condition: Good antique condition with age related wear, scuffs, scrapes, cracks and all over wear leaving a wonderful patina. An old repair to the strap. Please see pictures.
