Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated these Silver Plated Corinthian Candlesticks to the 19th Century.
The columns tapering outward and downward, within oak leaf and acorn spirals, to meet the ringed and concave socles. The bases capped by gadrooned collars, before concave panels decorated with classical vases in high relief, surrounded by falling and spreading foliage to the edges. The plinths decorated with a band of spreading gadroons.
The plinths marked for Walker & Hall.
