Fine Early 19th-Century Gilt Bronze Multi-Armed Deity Figure with Turquoise Inlays

A finely cast and hand-chased gilt bronze figure of a multi-armed deity, rendered in a traditional Himalayan or Tibeto-Chinese workshop style dating to the early 19th century.

The exterior features a rich, warm fire-gilt surface that exhibits gentle, natural abrasion along the high points—such as the facial features, crown ridges, and knee areas—revealing the warm copper-alloy undertones beneath. The coloration shifts organically from bright golden highlights to deep, mottled earth tones.

​The multi-tiered crown and necklace are set with traditional turquoise cabochons, showing authentic natural surface character and minor inclusions.

​The hollow, open base reveals an earthy, dark core residue characteristic of traditional lost-wax casting. The interior features natural metal shrinkage gaps along the upper edge and original casting irregularities, all authentic to its age and artisan production rather than damage.

​Condition: In untouched, original condition, exhibiting honest age-related wear, stable core material, and beautiful patination throughout.
