Description

A rare Worcester Porcelain reeded coffee cup c.1754-5. Of bell shape moulded with a band of fine vertical ribbing, the double scroll handle with a curled thumbrest, painted with flowers and foliage in enamels, just under the rim painted with suspended garlands of flowers and foliage. 

Unmarked.

Literature: The Zorensky Collection Part 3  lot 2 for a coffee cup in this rare form.

Condition: Small chip to the rim just next to the handle
