Peter Rasmussen is an artist and teacher primarily working in pastels, notable for his child and animal portraits and marine subjects. He studied at Brighton College of Art, has taught in several schools was previously the head of fine art at Chesterfield College of. He has exhibited widely including at the Royal Watercolour Society and the Royal Society of Portrait Painters. 

34cm x 50cm. (45cm x 60cm including frame).
