Ritas Bazaar has dated this Dunhill Rollagas Gold Lighter to the 1960s.
The top lid carries a personalized engraving: C.J.D. FROM BLAIR ATHOLL GOLF CLUB MAY 1967. The Scottish Blair Atholl Golf Club was established in 1896, making this a wonderful historical memento. The lighter comes complete with its original red presentation box and instruction leaflets.

Dimensions: Height: 6.4 cm; Width: 2.4 cm; Depth: 1.2 cm. Weight: 73 grams.
Technique: Gold-plated brass, Swiss-made precision mechanism, engine-turned Barley guilloche.
Condition: The lighter has not been used for many years. When last used it operated correctly and produced a strong flame. It is offered as a collectible vintage lighter. In very good cosmetic condition with light, honest signs of age and use on the gilded finish.

Provenance: Blair Atholl Golf Club, Scotland, May 1967.
Rarity: Scarce due to the specific golfing presentation inscription and the presence of the original case with paperwork.
