Description

An absolutely beautiful antique ring with a halo of white stones (testing as a mix of spinel and white sapphire) surrounding a large royal blue synthetic sapphire. The ring is nine-carat gold, with fleur-de-lys shoulders and fronted with silver around the stones, as is traditional.

SIZE: O and a half (UK), 7 and a half (US).

WEIGHT: 6.5g.

MATERIALS: Synthetic blue sapphire, white sapphire, spinel, silver, nine-carat (375) gold.

CONDITION: The ring is in very good antique condition with minor age-appropriate surface wear.

HALLMARKS/STAMPS: Stamped 9CT SS inside.

ERA: Estimated late Victorian/Edwardian (c.1900-1914).
