Decorated with roses around the border.
 
Writing to the centre
 
“ salve nossa senhora Rosarius, Gratia dei Duplex”

In very good condition, some age related surface scratching to the middle of the plate.
 
Hallmarked for Bahia, Brazil, which was the old capital of Brazil Im the 18th century.
