A Superb Victorian Antique / Old Pine 1 Door Shelved Wardrobe to Wax/paint

This wardrobe is in good condition. We have professionally stripped and restored it ready to wax or paint.

The wardrobe would look well in an old or modern property amongst similar antique pine furniture for storage in a large bedroom. Its main attribute is that it does knockdown into many pieces enabling it to go up 100% of staircases. The wardrobe is shelved but the internal depth is a huge 53cm.

The wardrobe stands on square legs supporting the main section. There is one large drawer to the bottom. The drawer has a round turned wooden knob, dovetail joints and is pine lined. There is one large door above. The door stands on original victorian pin hinges and has one panel which is fielded. Behind the door there are shelves. The shelves are not fixed so you could place more in if required. There are original hooks at the top. There are also two side panels that work as secret compartments. There is a key to lock the doors. The top has a standard graduated cornice.

The height is 188cm, the width is 131cm and the depth is 63cm.

Shipping /delivery is equally as important to us as the item of furniture itself. It is simple; we deliver everything personally in England / Wales so this way we are 100% sure that the item / furniture reaches our customers safe and sound. We NEVER use couriers. Delivery is generally within 7-14 days of purchase. We guarantee delivery anywhere in England / Wales within 21 days of purchase.

Deliveries are either carried out by David or James as one member of the team is required to stay in the warehouse, therefore we do require assistance from the van into your hallway with the item of furniture. We have set delivery days and once the van is loaded (a day prior to delivery) David will call customers to arrange a two hour delivery time slot. Customers will also receive a text when delivery is 30 minutes away.

It is really helpful if customers can provide their ‘what3words’ location to make delivery as smooth

as possible, especially properties in rural locations.

Ireland Deliveries

We do use a very good courier company called DVM Service to deliver goods to Ireland. We ask the customer to pay this company direct for the delivery charge and we then liaise with DVM regarding collection of a customer’s item of furniture to be shipped to Ireland.

Europe & Rest of the World

We do not ship to Europe or the Rest of the World.
