Five Light Italian Antique Chandelier with Coloured Crystals. C1910

Description

A beautiful early 20th-century Italian Florentine five-light gilt metal chandelier, dating to around 1910. The elegant gilt frame is characteristically Florentine detailing and features leafy candle arms supporting five bulb candle holders.

The chandelier is lavishly adorned with five cascading rows of warm amber bombe drops, complemented by faceted amber pear-shaped pendants suspended from each arm. Decorative swags of clear button chains drape gracefully between the arms, adding depth and sparkle, while a substantial amber bombe finial completes the design at the base.

Combining the warmth of amber glass with the soft glow of the gilt finish, this striking chandelier offers exceptional decorative appeal and would make a stunning focal point in both period and contemporary interiors. c1910.

Restored, wired, pat tested and ready to hang

Height 50cm x Width 40cm, this is the height of the chandelier only without the chain and ceiling rose which is the original and can be adjusted to individual requirements.
