Description

This large antique French dog collar which dates from the 19th century has a leather lining which is in very good condition, a large ring and a blank name plate.

This handsome collar is stamped with Metal Extra Blanc so is a high quality silver plated piece and is adjustable with the largest internal diameter being 13 cm.

This collar has a large ornate brass padlock which is marked Secure and Hand Made and opens by using it's key which is included.

A very nice 19th century collar in original condition which still retains its inner leather lining, has a padlock and key.

Materials: Silver plate. Leather. Brass.

Date: 19th century.

Dimensions: Size as shown in photos is the largest size:

Internal Diameter: 13 cm (5") x 13 cm (5").

Height: 3.5 cm (1 1/2").

Weight: 248 g.

Condition: Very good used antique original condition with signs of use in keeping with age. Some general wear and marks. Leather in very good condition. Lock works as it should. Comes with key. Please see pictures.
