S & A Marsh has dated these Silver Enamel Menu Holders to the 1900s.
The plinths then rest on a round silver gilt base which completes the overall design. These lovely silver menu holders would make interesting additions to a collection and would make a statement when displayed on the table. They remain in excellent condition. They sit in a fitted box. The place card in the photographs measures 6 cms (2.4") by 6 cms (2.4").

Height of pheasant: 5.5 cms (2.2")
Height of snipe: 4 cms (1.6")
Height of partridge: 3.5 cms (1.4")
Height of grouse: 3.5 cms (1.4")
Weight: 4.1 troy ounces (126 grams)

They were hallmarked in London for 1909 by William Hornby.
