This is a truly outstanding, original Antique French Watercolour and Wash Portrait Painting depicting a young, adorable girl wearing a small bonnet, a frilly blouse, a long skirt, and a pair of simple black plimsolls.
The original work dates to the turn of the century, circa 1895-1900.
It is mounted within a good-quality vintage glazed frame.
On the reverse of the frame are two very old and original labels, one of which is for a depository company in Paris - see images.
Signed in monogram CN, lower right corner.
